On those days off, you want to go train and work on your game. I completely understand that! I commend you for trying to get ahead and get better. Those times training by yourself, you learn alot. Here how you can get the most out of it 👇

⚽️ 15 - 30 - 15

15 minute - Warm Up

30 minute - Main Workout

15 minute - Position Specific

10 min - Other exercises if applicable that day (Core, Interval Sprints, Etc)

You don’t need to be killing yourself for 4 hours playing. You can be REALLY specific with what you do and divide it up.

If you go train in the morning then again at night, perfect! Remember Individual training is meant to help you improve in specific areas of your game. The bulk of your training should be in a team environment!

An example of ball work - structured with specific reps. The reps are to have an understanding of what I should be aiming for. If you feel truly comfortable, move on. If not, keep going on the specific exercise.

Everything should be specific to YOUR training session that day.
